About the role
The Guest Service Agent will be the first point of contact for guests at Souq Waqif Boutique Hotel By Tivoli, delivering courteous and professional service throughout the stay. You will manage reservations, check‑ins, and check‑outs while ensuring each guest’s experience meets the hotel’s high standards.
Key responsibilities
- Take reservations and manage guest bookings using the hotel’s Property Management System.
- Greet, register, and accommodate guests efficiently at the front desk.
- Provide prompt assistance for guest enquiries, requests, and comments.
- Settle guest accounts accurately at checkout.
- Maintain a clean and organized front‑office environment.
Required profile
- Strong focus on customer service and hospitality.
- Prior experience in hotel front‑office operations is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with current Property Management Systems (PMS).
