Hotel Cleanliness Supervisor

About the role

As a Hotel Cleanliness Supervisor at The Ritz‑Carlton Doha you will lead the quality assurance of all guest rooms and public spaces, ensuring the brand’s legendary standards of luxury and hygiene are consistently delivered.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms, corridors, pool areas and other public spaces after they have been cleaned by housekeeping staff.
• Verify that all cleaning tasks meet the hotel’s detailed quality checklists and report any deficiencies.
• Coordinate with housekeepers to address corrective actions and ensure timely re‑cleaning.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and room status reports.
• Support training and coaching of housekeeping team members on cleanliness standards.
