Housekeeping Coordinator

About the role

The Housekeeping Coordinator will ensure that all housekeeping operations across the hotel meet Rosewood Doha’s high standards of service and cleanliness. This role supports the smooth functioning of linen, uniform, public area, and storeroom management while maintaining strict inventory control.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain complete knowledge of departmental policies, service procedures and standards.
• Monitor and control operations of the linen room, uniform room, floors, public areas, offices and storerooms.
• Prepare and track weekly inventory and compile monthly inventory reports for the supervising manager.
• Issue, control and record the use of linen, amenities, cleaning supplies and other housekeeping items.

Required profile

• Familiarity with housekeeping policies, procedures and standards.
• Ability to oversee multiple housekeeping sections and ensure consistent service quality.
• Experience in inventory preparation, tracking and reporting.
