Industrial Software & Digital Solutions Sales Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Industrial Software & Digital Solutions Sales Specialist to drive the adoption of Siemens Digital Industries’ software portfolio in Qatar. You will work closely with key customers across the discrete and process industries, translating their operational challenges into digital opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for industrial software solutions across target customers and sectors in Qatar.
• Support the sales team in shaping, pitching and closing software‑driven solutions that address operational challenges.
• Act as a trusted advisor, engaging with technical, operational and management stakeholders to understand business needs.
• Lead customer engagements to uncover opportunities in manufacturing operations, analytics and digitalisation, focusing on productivity, quality, energy efficiency and sustainability.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline, provide accurate forecasts and ensure timely deal closure.
• Collaborate with internal automation, software and services teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Contribute to account growth by increasing software adoption and expanding existing relationships through pilots, assessments and transformation programmes.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling industrial software solutions, preferably in SCADA/HMI, manufacturing operations management or asset analytics.
• Strong consultative, value‑based selling skills with the ability to translate business needs into digital solutions.
• Solid understanding of industrial software environments, including engineering, operations, simulation and performance optimisation.
