Junior Client Advisor – Luxury Retail

About the role
The Junior Client Advisor will act as a Printemps ambassador, delivering exceptional service to a global clientele. You will combine sales expertise with a consultative approach, helping customers find products that meet their needs while driving store performance.
Key responsibilities
- Demonstrate sales leadership on the floor, encouraging cross‑selling and repeat purchases.
- Maintain visual standards and merchandising aligned with the Printemps Marketing Calendar.
- Manage inventory processes, including receiving, display, turnover and vendor returns.
- Handle customer complaints promptly, escalating when necessary, and propose improvements to service standards.
- Support the store supply‑chain team and contribute to pricing and promotional decisions.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years experience in luxury retail or a comparable sector.
- Arabic nationality.
- Strong people‑management skills and ability to motivate teams.
- Experience drafting operational manuals and setting standards.
- Analytical mindset with reporting and commercial awareness.
