Key Account Manager – Oil & Gas Safety & Learning Solutions (Qatar)

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager to own and expand our flagship energy account in Qatar. You will leverage your deep HSE knowledge to drive commercial results for safety and technical learning solutions delivered through digital platforms and facilitator‑led training.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with SHES, safety and operational stakeholders at a major Qatar energy operator.
• Conduct briefing sessions to uncover client needs and independently draft and close commercial proposals.
• Promote adoption and utilisation of digital learning platforms across the account.
• Protect renewals, identify expansion opportunities, and grow the account into new projects and teams.
• Coordinate internal delivery teams, providing clear updates on pipeline, risk and account health.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of the HSE/SHES landscape in oil and gas, credible with safety and operational leaders.
• Proven track record of writing and closing commercial proposals end‑to‑end.
• Experience in learning technology, safety training solutions or technical SaaS sales is a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to grow accounts beyond their original scope.
• Based in Qatar or Dubai with regular on‑site presence in Qatar.
• Fluent English.
