About the role
The Laundry Valet Attendant ensures guests' garments are cleaned, pressed, and returned to them with the highest standards of care. Working within the Four Seasons Hotel Doha, you will contribute to the overall guest experience by providing fast, reliable, and courteous laundry services.
Key responsibilities
- Sort guest items for washing, dry‑cleaning, pressing, or repair.
- Operate laundry equipment using correct temperatures, cycles, and chemicals.
- Weigh loads and measure cleaning chemicals accurately for each batch.
- Fold or hang processed garments according to guest preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area.
Required profile
- Commitment to treating guests and colleagues with respect and courtesy.
- Passion for delivering excellence in a hospitality environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
