O'fuq Graduate Programme – Global Corporate Coverage

About the role

The O'fuq Graduate Programme is a 30‑month rotational scheme designed for recent Qatari graduates. Participants will work across HSBC's Global Corporate Coverage business, gaining hands‑on experience in corporate and institutional banking while contributing to business targets across the bank’s international network.

Key responsibilities

• Complete four 9‑month rotations across key divisions of Corporate and Institutional Banking.
• Support the definition, management and achievement of business targets for corporate, government and institutional clients.
• Collaborate with senior mentors and cross‑functional teams to deliver financing, advisory and transaction banking solutions.
• Participate in leadership development activities, including communication, influencing and teamwork training.

Required profile

• Qatari national with a recent university degree.
• Ambitious, motivated and eager to develop a career in banking.
• Strong academic record and interest in finance and corporate banking.
