Organizational Design Specialist (Job Evaluation & Job Architecture)

About the role

The Organizational Design Specialist will own end‑to‑end job evaluation and compensation architecture for a leading real‑estate organization in Doha. You will ensure a market‑aligned grading and salary structure, maintain internal equity, and enable data‑driven reward decisions through clean job descriptions, governance and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead job evaluation using Hay/Korn Ferry (or similar) and maintain the job catalogue, family matrix and career levels.
• Review and approve job‑description changes, run calibration sessions with HRBPs and business leaders.
• Design and refresh salary structures (min/mid/max, range spreads, control points) by grade and country.
• Conduct market benchmarking, analyse compa‑ratio, range penetration and pay equity, and recommend adjustments.
• Design and execute merit, promotion and STI/LTI cycles; draft and enforce C&B policies.
• Partner with FP&A on manpower budgeting, headcount scenarios and org‑design updates.
• Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors, Workday and Oracle reward modules, ensuring data integrity for payroll.
• Deliver monthly Total Rewards dashboards and ad‑hoc reports for leadership.
• Train HRBPs and managers on job‑evaluation methodology, JD writing and pay decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or Finance (Master’s a plus).
• 6–10+ years experience in Compensation/Total Rewards with hands‑on job evaluation.
• Proven experience with Hay/Korn Ferry methodology; certification preferred.
