Product Specialist

About the role

The Product Specialist will support Tier 1 operational issues, coordinate with finance and logistics, and act as the primary point of contact for customers and suppliers. This role combines sales, operations, and market analysis to ensure product delivery, customer satisfaction, and commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve Tier 1 operational issues within established guidelines.
• Coordinate with Finance and Logistics to manage product deliveries, ordering, and payment collections.
• Conduct regular market visits to present and promote assigned brands to professionals, purchasers, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain detailed activity logs, call‑off contracts, purchase orders, and multi‑delivery records.
• Update Salesforce daily and ensure weekly invoicing accuracy.
• Support project teams with timelines, installations, and operational support at customer sites.
• Assist in preparing forecasts, budgets, technical and commercial proposals.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock rotation, and coordinate procurement with suppliers.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and product opportunities, providing weekly plans and reports to the Line Manager.
