About the role
The Restaurant Manager will lead the front‑of‑house team, ensuring the highest standards of hospitality while driving revenue through innovative programs and promotions. This role combines operational oversight with guest‑focused service to create a memorable dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise day‑to‑day activities across food and beverage outlets.
- Create and implement innovative programs and promotions to increase guest patronage.
- Assist with financial budgeting and profitability initiatives.
- Lead service on the floor, maintaining top‑level hospitality standards.
Required profile
- Passion for food and beverage with a genuine ability to connect with guests and staff.
- Strong team‑oriented mindset, embodying the core value of “TEAM”.
- Natural leader with at least 2‑4 years of full‑service restaurant management experience.
- Flexibility to work varied hours and cover shifts as needed.
- Ability to multi‑task, organize, and prioritize work effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree holder; Arabic language skills are a plus.
