Restaurant Manager

About the role

The Restaurant Manager oversees all aspects of restaurant, bar/lounge and room‑service operations in West Bay, Doha. You will ensure high standards of service, sanitation, and financial performance while leading a diverse team during peak periods.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant, bar and room‑service activities, stepping in for staff when needed.
• Maintain service and sanitation standards in all food‑and‑beverage areas.
• Plan and adjust staffing levels to meet guest service, operational and financial goals.
• Lead, coach and mentor the F&B team, fostering trust, respect and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with local liquor laws, food‑handling regulations and company policies.
• Assist with menu planning and drive initiatives to improve guest and employee satisfaction.

Required profile

• High school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of relevant experience, or a 2‑year degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, etc., plus 2 years of experience.
• Proven ability to manage day‑to‑day operations and lead a team.
• Strong understanding of sanitation, safety and liquor regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
