Retail Store Manager, Assistant Manager and Sales Consultant – Qatar

About the role

We are expanding our retail footprint in Qatar and are looking for enthusiastic professionals to join our store team. Available positions include Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager and Sales Consultant. Each role plays a vital part in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving commercial success.

Key responsibilities

• Store Manager: Oversee P&L, develop commercial strategies, lead and develop the team, and engage with the local community.
• Assistant Store Manager: Manage daily floor operations, ensure visual merchandising standards, coach staff, and support the Store Manager in executing strategy.
• Sales Consultant: Provide personalized customer service, tell product stories, maintain store aesthetics, and achieve individual sales targets.

Required profile

• Store Manager: Minimum 3 years of retail management experience with a proven record of meeting KPIs.
• Assistant Store Manager: 1‑2 years of supervisory or key‑holder experience in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Sales Consultant: Retail or hospitality background is a plus; a positive attitude and passion for people are essential.
