Risk Internal Audit Senior Associate – Qatar

About the role

PwC’s Risk Consulting team in Qatar is seeking a Senior Associate to support internal audit and risk management engagements for a range of clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping organisations strengthen their control environment and align with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with audit managers and client teams throughout planning, execution and reporting phases.
• Assess client risk profiles, define audit methodologies and recommend process improvements.
• Develop and deliver internal audit and risk‑management strategies to enhance control maturity.
• Monitor progress of audit tasks, ensure timelines are met and internal KPIs are achieved.
• Identify key risks, evaluate control frameworks and support regulatory compliance initiatives.

Required profile

• University degree in finance, accounting, business or a related field.
• Several years of experience in internal audit, risk consulting or similar advisory services.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex business problems.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse client stakeholders.
