Sales Engineer – Energy Segment

About the role

Hilti, a global leader in construction innovation, is looking for a customer-focused Sales Engineer to join its high-performing team in the Energy segment. You will work with customers, engineering teams, contractors and designers to sell Hilti's engineering products and services. The role is described as professional, consultative and hands-on, with a supportive culture.

Key responsibilities

• Visit customers at their job sites to understand how Hilti can help them.
• Provide technical advice, solutions and support, and identify opportunities to add value through Hilti products.
• Demonstrate Hilti products and sell its software, along with related services and aftercare.
• Build long-term relationships with responsive customers and help them find innovative, cost-efficient solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a Master's in engineering or MBA preferred.
• Sales orientation with at least 2 years of technical experience in the Middle East region.
• Experience working in the energy industry.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
