Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and results‑driven Sales Manager to lead our Staffing & Recruitment business in Qatar. The role focuses on generating new business, building client relationships and achieving revenue targets within the local manpower outsourcing market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to meet revenue and growth goals.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities in the staffing and recruitment market.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Build a robust sales pipeline through networking, market research, referrals and direct engagement.
• Target Government and semi‑government tenders and manpower projects.
• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations and tender submissions.
• Negotiate terms and close staffing and manpower outsourcing contracts.
• Grow existing accounts via renewals, extensions, cross‑selling and additional manpower needs.
• Collaborate with Recruitment and Operations teams to ensure successful client fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and regular management reports.
• Achieve agreed sales, revenue, client acquisition and business development KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, HR or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales or business development experience in staffing, recruitment or manpower outsourcing.
• Strong knowledge of the Qatar market and an established network across sectors.
• Proven track record of generating new business and meeting sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and relationship‑management skills.
• Commercial awareness and ability to work independently in a target‑driven environment.
