Sales Specialist – Sports & Rehabilitation Services

About the role

Perf Up Sports & Rehabilitation Center is looking for a motivated Sales Specialist to drive growth of its sports science, physiotherapy, rehabilitation, fitness, nutrition and wellness services across Doha. You will generate new business, build strategic partnerships and meet sales targets through corporate, government and individual client acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and convert new sales leads into long‑term clients.
• Promote the full portfolio of centre services.
• Develop relationships with companies, schools, universities, sports clubs, hospitals, government entities and insurance providers.
• Conduct outdoor sales visits and deliver client presentations.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date CRM/database of clients and prospects.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
• Foster strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare, physiotherapy, sports, fitness or wellness.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Experience in B2B corporate sales and business development.
• Ability to prepare commercial proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Knowledge of the Qatar healthcare and wellness market is a plus.
• Valid Qatar driving licence preferred.

What we offer

• Salary starting from QAR 4,000 per month (full package), based on qualifications and experience.
• Commission of 10‑15 % on the value of each new client or contract secured.
• 5‑hour workday, 5 days a week, aligned with operational schedule.
• Annual leave in accordance with Qatar Labour Law.
