Secretary – Marketing & Communication Support

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Secretary to support the Senior Leadership Team within the Marketing and Communication department of QNB. The role involves providing high‑level administrative assistance, ensuring smooth daily operations and contributing to a positive image of the bank.

Key responsibilities

• Organise agendas, travel itineraries, flights, hotels and car rentals for senior executives.
• Prepare correspondence, emails, couriers, documents, presentations and meeting materials.
• Manage complex diaries and schedule internal and external meetings, including client and senior management sessions.
• Coordinate with branch departments and head‑office teams to facilitate effective communication.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and support VIP visits to the head office.

• Highly efficient, well‑organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to anticipate needs, take initiative and resolve issues promptly.
• Engaging, positive personality with excellent interpersonal and judgment skills.
• Adaptable to changing priorities and capable of managing multiple projects.
• Professional oral and written communication skills.
