Senior CBI Analyst – Doha, Qatar

About the role

We are looking for a Senior CBI Analyst to join our Commercial team in Doha. You will support revenue performance across international markets, focusing on fare products, incentive programs, and tactical initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead analysis of revenue data to identify improvement opportunities for campaigns, fare structures, and incentives.
• Communicate insights and KPI trends to Sales and Marketing teams across all distribution channels.
• Drive commercial projects aimed at improving sales effectiveness and measure performance improvements.
• Collaborate with regional offices and country leaders to execute CBI strategy.
• Research industry trends and new business opportunities to recommend revenue‑boosting actions.
• Train junior staff in analytics, tools, and modelling techniques.
• Design and run complex analyses, including network gauging, connectivity, and post‑mortems.
• Prepare fact‑based proposals and business cases for senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in revenue analysis, commercial analytics, or a related field.
• Strong ability to lead projects and influence cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
• Experience training or mentoring junior analysts.
