Senior Consultant – Global Compliance & Reporting

About the role

EY is looking for a Senior Consultant to join its Global Compliance & Reporting (GCR) team in Doha. You will lead complex tax engagements, manage client relationships and ensure high‑quality delivery of tax compliance and reporting services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage day‑to‑day client engagements, monitor progress and deliverables, and implement standardized processes.
• Supervise high‑performing teams, coach junior members and foster a positive learning culture.
• Ensure adherence to EY Tax Quality guidelines and drive performance‑improvement solutions.
• Maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships while delivering top‑quality tax services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, taxation or related field; advanced degree or professional qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, CTA, ADIT) preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in domestic and international tax rules, tax accounting and tax auditing, preferably in a large professional services firm.
• Strong managerial, organizational and project‑management experience.
• Fluent English; Arabic proficiency preferred.
