About the role
The Senior Secretary provides comprehensive and confidential administrative support to senior management, acting as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. The role combines diary management, document preparation, and coordination of VIP visits while ensuring cultural sensitivity.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for internal and external visitors and callers to senior managers.
- Manage the senior manager’s diary, schedule meetings and coordinate complex travel itineraries.
- Prepare, draft and finalise correspondence, memos and workflow documents under direction.
- Arrange reception, logistical and cultural arrangements for VIP visits.
- Maintain, organise and update data in SAP, Microsoft Access and other corporate systems.
- Identify and resolve office and departmental issues to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain office supplies, file records and arrange servicing of equipment.
Required profile
- Secretarial Diploma.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a recognised organisation.
