About the role

Oliver Wyman is expanding its Doha office and seeks experienced consultants to support government and public sector projects. The position offers rapid professional growth within a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Break down complex problems, guide junior consultants, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Lead project teams from hypothesis generation through solution convergence, ensuring practical and cohesive recommendations.
  • Manage client relationships, present findings to senior executives, and drive project delivery on tight deadlines.

Required profile

  • Degree from a top academic program.
  • 5‑7 years of relevant experience, preferably with a top‑tier strategy consulting firm.
  • Proven experience leading projects for governmental or public sector institutions, ideally in the GCC.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a track record of delivering results.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, comfortable with senior executives.
  • Can‑do attitude, curiosity, willingness to travel; Arabic language is a plus.
