About the role
Oliver Wyman is expanding its Doha office and seeks experienced consultants to support government and public sector clients in the GCC. The position offers rapid professional growth within a successful, entrepreneurial team.
Key responsibilities
- Break down complex problems, guide junior consultants, and lead analysis to craft recommendations.
- Manage small project teams, work closely with clients, and ensure practical, cohesive solutions.
- Lead day‑to‑day project execution, from hypothesis generation to solution convergence, while maintaining strong client relationships.
Required profile
- Degree from a top academic program.
- 5‑7 years of relevant experience, preferably with a top‑tier strategy consulting firm.
- Experience leading projects in governmental or public sector institutions, ideally in the GCC.
- Proven track record of managing teams and delivering under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, comfortable presenting to senior executives.
- Arabic language is a plus; willingness to travel.
