About the role
ULTA Beauty is launching its first store in Qatar and is seeking enthusiastic Skincare Specialists to lead the customer experience. In this position you will provide expert skincare advice, demonstrate products and help shoppers find solutions that match their individual needs.
Key responsibilities
- Recommend and demonstrate a wide range of skincare products from leading brands.
- Deliver personalized skincare consultations and exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a fully stocked, clean, and brand‑aligned sales floor.
- Support new product launches and customer engagement initiatives.
- Identify sales opportunities and work towards achieving targets.
Required profile
- Minimum of 3 years experience in beauty, skincare, or makeup sales.
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
- Confidence engaging with customers and recommending products.
- Passion for skincare trends and helping customers look and feel their best.
Required skills
- Product knowledge of skincare brands.
- Ability to perform product demonstrations.
- Sales‑driven mindset.
