About the role
Join the hotel team as a Kitchen Steward, ensuring the kitchen and dining areas are spotless while delivering memorable hospitality experiences for every guest.
Key responsibilities
- Clean all chinaware, silverware, cooking utensils, scrub pots and pans, and polish silver.
- Monitor stock levels to keep supplies and equipment well stocked and organized.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, including mopping and waste removal.
- Prepare and set up clean serviceware for banquets and functions.
- Handle hazardous substances safely and comply with hygiene and safety regulations.
- Report hazards and maintenance needs promptly to the supervisor.
- Train and mentor new team members to strengthen performance.
