Store Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a retail outlet for a confidential client. The role combines operational oversight, sales performance, and team development to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day store operations, ensuring high standards of customer service and efficiency.
• Drive sales, meet revenue and profitability targets, and analyse sales trends.
• Manage inventory, stock movements, cycle counts and loss‑prevention activities.
• Maintain visual merchandising and presentation standards.
• Prepare staff schedules based on traffic and operational needs.
• Monitor operational costs, manage budgets and produce regular performance reports.
• Recruit, coach, develop and motivate team members.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety, and local regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• 4–6 years of retail experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to lead retail teams and drive commercial performance.
• Strong decision‑making, problem‑solving and organisational skills.
• Customer‑focused with a commercial mindset.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
