Store Manager – Luxury Retail (Qatar)

About the role

Minimalist.ae is expanding its luxury retail footprint into Qatar and seeks a Store Manager to lead one of its new locations. You will be the face of the brand, ensuring seamless store operations while building lasting relationships with every customer who walks through the door.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening, closing, staffing, and floor supervision.
• Drive sales performance by managing conversion rates, average transaction value (ATV) and units per transaction (UPT).
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, stock availability, correct pricing, and accurate inventory handling.
• Implement loss‑prevention measures and investigate any stock discrepancies.
• Lead the customer experience on the floor, handling VIP clients and complex situations.
• Manage the team’s schedule, set daily priorities, conduct performance check‑ins, and foster a high‑energy work environment.
• Ensure new hires complete onboarding, provide ongoing product updates, and identify training needs for the Retail Manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of retail store management experience in Qatar, preferably in luxury watches, jewelry or related sectors.
• Relevant academic degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or a comparable field (preferred).
• Relevant certifications in sales, management or project management from accredited providers (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
