Transformation Assurance Manager

About the role

Power International Holding is looking for an experienced Transformation Assurance Manager to provide independent oversight of group‑wide transformation programmes. The role focuses on validating milestones, assessing business readiness and tracking benefits, rather than delivering the projects themselves.

Key responsibilities

• Validate milestones and deliverables against supporting evidence to ensure reported progress reflects actual achievement.
• Monitor dependencies across initiatives, identify risks and assess business readiness across people, processes, systems and data.
• Track expected benefits, flag deviations from planned outcomes and escalate concerns early.
• Challenge initiative owners and programme leads with evidence‑based findings and prepare assurance reports for senior leadership.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in programme management, PMO, transformation or assurance of complex change initiatives.
• Proven ability to assess progress independently, identify gaps and challenge reported status with solid evidence.
• Strong analytical, reporting and stakeholder‑management skills, with experience in construction, real‑estate or multi‑entity organisations preferred.

Required skills

• Practical use of AI‑assisted tools for evidence tracking and risk identification.
• Experience with dashboards, governed data and stage‑gate review processes.
• Knowledge of benefits realisation, business readiness assessments and change‑management methodologies.
