Waiter – Dining Hall Service

About the role
The restaurant is seeking a reliable Waiter to support the dining hall operations. You will work closely with the captain waiter to ensure the service area is clean, well‑stocked and ready for guests, while delivering courteous table service throughout the shift.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare the dining hall before service, including cleaning and setting up tables.
- Clean and sanitize all service utensils before each service.
- Assist the captain waiter with mise en place and restaurant set‑up.
- Transport food from the kitchen to the dining area and place plates on guests’ tables.
- Refresh ashtrays, fill water glasses and attend to guest needs during service.
- Clear tables after meals, transport dirty dishes to the dishwashing area and maintain overall hygiene.
- Follow the instructions of the captain waiter and work under their guidance.
Required profile
- Presentable appearance with a strong focus on personal hygiene.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow directions.
- Willingness to perform physical tasks such as lifting trays and standing for long periods.
