Waiter / Waitress – Full-Time Hospitality Role

About the role

IIQAF Group is looking for a professional and customer‑focused Waiter or Waitress to join its hospitality team in Doha. You will deliver exceptional dining service, ensuring guests enjoy a seamless and memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain clean and organized table settings and dining areas.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer guest questions.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Stay informed about daily specials, promotions, and restaurant policies.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a waiter, waitress, or food & beverage server.
• Experience in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tables.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Immediate availability is an advantage.
