Waiter/Waitress

About the role

The Waiter/Waitress will deliver exceptional dining experiences to guests across Printemps Doha’s various food and beverage outlets. Working in a fast‑paced, luxury environment, you will take orders, serve meals and beverages, and ensure each guest leaves satisfied.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and present menus with confidence.
• Take accurate orders and communicate them to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and drinks according to the outlet’s service standards.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer guest queries about ingredients and preparation.
• Handle billing, process payments and operate the POS system efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, workstations and service areas.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a waiter or waitress in a restaurant or hospitality setting (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work quickly and manage multiple tasks in a high‑volume environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems for order taking and billing.
