Waiter/Waitress – Luxury Dining

About the role

The Waiter/Waitress will deliver exceptional dining experiences across Printemps Doha’s upscale food and beverage outlets. You will interact directly with guests, taking orders, serving meals and drinks, and ensuring every visit reflects the brand’s luxurious standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and present menu options.
• Take accurate orders and input them into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, adhering to service standards.
• Provide recommendations and answer menu‑related questions.
• Handle billing, payments, and ensure smooth checkout.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to meet guest expectations.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a waiter or waitress in a restaurant or hospitality setting (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS systems for order taking and billing.
• Strong product knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Exceptional customer service orientation.
• Clear verbal communication abilities.
