Warehouse Leasing and Business Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Leasing and Business Development Manager to drive occupancy and revenue across our warehouse portfolio. You will identify new business opportunities, secure tenants, and nurture long‑term client relationships to support our commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and leasing strategies to maximise warehouse occupancy and revenue.
• Identify and engage prospective tenants such as logistics firms, distributors, retailers and manufacturers.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, presentations and commercial negotiations; prepare proposals and lease offers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth lease execution, tenant onboarding and operational readiness.
• Monitor market trends, build strong client relationships and achieve monthly and annual leasing targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, Logistics or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse leasing, commercial real estate, logistics sales, property leasing or business development.
• Proven ability to drive occupancy and revenue growth.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of warehouse leasing processes and commercial negotiations.
• Business development expertise in logistics‑related sectors.
