CNC Milling Operator

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time CNC Milling Operator for a hybrid position based in Qatar, offering occasional work‑from‑home flexibility. The successful candidate will operate and maintain milling machines, ensuring high‑accuracy production while adhering to strict safety standards. You will collaborate with the production team to meet schedules and maintain quality throughout the manufacturing process.

Key responsibilities

• Operate CNC milling machines to produce precision components.
• Set up machine parameters and tooling according to job orders.
• Monitor production runs, adjust settings as needed, and troubleshoot equipment.
• Maintain and service machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct quality control inspections on finished products.
• Document production data, maintenance activities, and any deviations.
• Follow all safety protocols and keep the work area clean.

Required profile

• Proficiency in CNC machine operation and milling.
• Strong background in machining and machinery maintenance.
• Experience implementing quality control processes for precision products.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Relevant certifications in CNC machining or vocational training.
• Manufacturing or industrial experience is a plus.
