About the role
The Guest Service Expert (Hostess) creates memorable dining experiences for guests, ensuring service excellence from seating to bill. This role involves interacting with guests, coordinating with the kitchen, and maintaining a clean service area.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and arrange tables, manage guest seating, and ensure a welcoming environment.
- Communicate guest orders to the kitchen, serve food and beverages, and handle guest inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, replenish supplies, and adhere to safety and hygiene standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related work experience in food and beverage service.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
