Key responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming first impression and ensure guests feel valued.
- Coordinate seating arrangements to maintain smooth service flow.
- Create memorable moments and support guests throughout their dining experience.
- Collaborate with colleagues in a positive, supportive environment.
Required profile
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for exceptional guest service.
- Fluent English proficiency.
- Previous customer‑service experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications.
