About the role
We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead the technology function for a leading automotive company in Doha. The role will drive digital transformation, oversee critical systems and ensure seamless IT operations across multiple branches.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage all IT operations, including infrastructure, enterprise applications and third‑party vendors.
- Support and maintain Autoline (Keyloop/ADP), Salesforce CRM and core ERP platforms.
- Plan, execute and oversee ERP implementations, system upgrades and migration projects.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives and integrate automotive business applications.
- Partner with business stakeholders to align technology solutions with operational needs.
- Ensure reliability, security and performance of business‑critical IT systems.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Manager within the automotive dealership sector.
- Successful track record of ERP implementation, system migration and digital transformation projects.
