St. Regis Residence 在卡塔爾多哈的餐飲部招聘一名餐飲部經理（二級），負責所有餐飲運作，包括廚房、餐廳、飲料和客房服務。該職位為全職管理崗位，需監督客人和員工滿意度，維持標準並達成或超越財務目標，同時熟悉餐飲法律法規。
主要職責
- 制定和維護預算，管理餐飲部門的財務、員工士氣和客人滿意度計劃，保持成本正指標
- 領導和管理餐飲團隊（不含餐飲銷售），監督廚房、餐廳、飲料和客房服務運作
- 確保卓越客戶服務，處理客人投訴，使宴會廳達標
- 管理人力資源，包括績效評估、培訓發展和員工輔導
- 遵守會計程序，促進部門溝通
任职要求
- 高中文憑或同等學歷，或經認可大學餐飲服務管理、酒店管理等相關專業兩年制學位
- 高中文憑者需4年餐飲、廚房或相關領域經驗；大學畢業者需2年相關經驗
