About the role
Aramex is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to drive significant financial growth by acquiring new customers and expanding relationships with existing ones. You will act as a trusted advisor, translating client strategies into valuable logistics solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and nurture leads in partnership with vertical and field marketing teams.
- Develop and manage relationships across assigned geographies to achieve sustainable revenue growth.
- Analyze customers' business objectives and propose tailored Aramex solutions.
- Present value‑based proposals and negotiate contracts with key contacts.
- Collaborate with the solutions group and account managers to ensure a seamless sales process.
- Maintain accurate customer data and activity logs in CRM systems.
- Network with industry peers and share best practices internally.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in logistics or shipping.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM systems.
