About the role
Milaha is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to expand its presence across the United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strategic customer relationships, and delivering customized logistics solutions within the 3PL and freight forwarding market.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect, acquire and onboard new customers in the logistics and 3PL sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders.
- Analyse customer supply‑chain requirements and design tailored logistics solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from qualification to negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with Pricing, Sales Support, Operations and Customer Service to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
- Achieve sales targets while maximising profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate activity records, pipeline updates and customer data in the CRM system.
- Monitor market trends, competitor actions and emerging customer needs to uncover new opportunities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 4–6 years of experience in a sales role within 3PL, freight forwarding, logistics, supply chain, air/ocean freight, land transportation, warehousing or contract logistics.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, relationship‑building and business‑development capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; additional languages are a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms.
- Advanced use of Microsoft Office 365.
