Senior Employee Services Manager (Qatarization)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Qatari HR professional to lead our Employee Services function. The role focuses on optimizing internal HR operations, ensuring seamless employee lifecycle management, payroll compliance, and robust data handling. You will act as the primary point of contact for the team and drive continuous improvement across all service areas.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of escalation for the Employee Services team and monitor daily activities.
• Facilitate two‑way communication between management and team members to ensure timely task delivery.
• Create and manage reporting on employee data, trends, KPIs, and SLAs.
• Oversee verification, formatting, and electronic signing of HR documents such as salary certificates, NOCs, and visa support letters.
• Validate and process leave requests, master data updates, payroll inputs, and benefits information.
• Champion policy and procedure enhancements, ensuring strict data privacy and integrity.
• Supervise promotions, internal transfers, and off‑boarding clearances.
• Design and refine workflows to reduce manual errors and improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a recognized HR certification.
• In‑depth knowledge of Qatari Labour Law.
• Proven experience in employee lifecycle management and HR administration.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR platforms.
• Advanced use of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with electronic signing tools such as Docusign.
