Senior Sales Manager – Banking Technology (Qatar/Kuwait)

About the role

Intellect Design Arena Ltd is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead sales activities for its award‑winning banking technology portfolio across Qatar and Kuwait. The role focuses on driving growth of digital, lending and core banking solutions with both digital‑only and traditional financial institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end sales cycles for banking software products in Qatar and Kuwait.
• Develop and present tailored solutions that address the evolving needs of banks, NBFCs and other financial entities.
• Build and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders in digital banks, traditional banks and fintech partners.
• Achieve and exceed defined sales targets and revenue objectives.
• Collaborate with product and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales and business development within the banking and financial software industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in selling digital, lending, core banking or transaction banking solutions.
• Track record of engaging with banks and NBFCs in the Middle East market.
• Consistent history of meeting or surpassing sales targets.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of banking systems, lending platforms and digital transformation trends.
• Strong knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI, Blockchain and Cloud solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
