نبذة عن الوظيفة
برنامج تدريب فندقي يتيح للطلاب فرصة التعرف على عمليات الفندق من خلال تجربة عملية مباشرة في فندق سانت ريجيس بالدوحة. يهدف البرنامج إلى إكساب المتدربين معرفة عميقة بثقافة ماريوت وأعمال الضيافة.
المهام الرئيسية
- التعرف على مختلف أقسام الفندق واكتساب خبرة عملية في إدارة الضيافة.
- المشاركة في أنشطة تشغيلية يومية تحت إشراف فريق من القادة.
الملف المطلوب
- أن تكون طالباً حالياً في جامعة أو كلية.
- الاهتمام بمجال الضيافة والسفر.
المهارات المطلوبة
- القدرة على التعلم السريع والعمل ضمن فريق.
- مهارات تواصل جيدة.
