About the role
We are seeking a seasoned Manager to serve as the single point of contact for AI and digital initiatives across our retail operations in Qatar and the wider region. The role bridges the headquarters in Dubai with local business teams, driving the adoption of AI, analytics, and digital tools to enhance retail performance.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between HQ and regional teams for AI and digital projects.
- Translate business requirements into actionable inputs for product and technology teams.
- Lead rollout, training, and change‑management activities across stores and operational units.
- Track adoption metrics, business impact, and user engagement.
- Coordinate with retail, operations, IT, and leadership to ensure successful execution.
- Manage multiple digital transformation projects simultaneously, ensuring governance and reporting.
Required profile
- 8–12 years of professional experience, including 4–6 years in retail operations, digital transformation, or program management.
- Experience working in regional or multi‑country environments.
- Exposure to AI, analytics, data, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field; MBA preferred.
- Project‑management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum) are advantageous.
