Assistant Director of Food & Beverage

About the role

Rosewood Doha is seeking an Assistant Director of Food & Beverage to uphold the brand promise and deliver exceptional guest experiences across its diverse culinary venues. You will work closely with department heads, coach associates, and ensure seamless service for both external guests and internal customers.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor public areas to observe associate‑guest interactions and provide on‑the‑spot coaching.
• Resolve guest and internal customer complaints promptly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with Department Heads to maintain consistent service standards.
• Ensure all associates deliver the brand’s service promise at all times.
• Support internal customers from other divisions as needed.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in food & beverage operations within a luxury hotel environment.
• Strong focus on guest satisfaction and service excellence.
• Ability to coach and develop team members on service skills.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
