Hotel Manager – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

The Hotel Manager will oversee all operational outlets of the Marsa Malaz Kempinski, ensuring smooth daily business, profitability and high quality standards. The role also includes acting as the General Manager’s deputy during his absence.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize sales and coordinate all operational processes across departments.
• Serve as the link between the General Manager and department heads, ensuring effective communication.
• Implement annual performance reviews, promotions, development plans and disciplinary actions in collaboration with the GM.
• Lead safety, security and fire‑protection initiatives, complying with local regulations.
• Manage budgeting, cost control, forecasting and yield management for the rooms and F&B areas.
• Monitor quality of public and back‑of‑house spaces, technical conditions and overall guest experience.

Required profile

• Extensive Food & Beverage background in luxury hospitality.
• Prior experience as Director of Operations, Executive Assistant Manager or similar senior F&B role.

• Proven ability to drive profitability and cost‑control initiatives.
