Assistant Manager, People Development

About the role

The position will support the overall learning and talent development function across all assets, requiring strong organizational, administrative, computer and engagement skills at all levels.

Key responsibilities

• Organize the recording, reporting and reviewing of all learning and development materials, resources, records and reports.
• Manage New Team Member Orientation, including enrollment, welcoming, facilitating sections and ongoing engagement.
• Lead liaison with departmental trainers to support their needs and report submissions.
• Coordinate with functional Program Leads to arrange training, refreshers and other learning needs.
• Drive grooming standards across all departments.
• Conduct learning needs analysis and manage the annual training plan cycle.
• Support additional learning and development, quality programs and initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Hospitality Management, People Development or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in People Development, Training or HR, preferably in a similar role.
• Proven experience conducting Training Needs Analysis and developing annual training plans.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation and engagement abilities across all levels.
• Strong organizational, administrative and reporting skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience delivering onboarding and orientation programs and coordinating with departmental trainers and leaders.
