Business Development Manager (Qatari Nationals)

About the role

KPMG Qatar is seeking a Business Development Manager who will act as the primary driver for expanding the firm’s presence with internal and external clients. The role focuses on creating and advancing opportunities across emerging technologies, services, and industry sectors, positioning KPMG as the go‑to partner for large‑scale transformation programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new market opportunities to diversify the firm’s portfolio across sub‑industries, emerging technologies and service propositions.
• Collaborate with KPMG teams to design integrated propositions tailored to specific client needs.
• Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure seamless program execution and develop innovative commercial models.
• Build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships within Qatari government entities and major corporations.
• Manage relationships with KPMG partner network to generate pipeline from existing client bases.
• Support bid and proposal processes for large transformation programmes, responding to RFQs/RFPs in a timely manner.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on strategic business and technology requirements.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree (Bachelor’s) – minimum requirement.
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification from an international institution – preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably within a Big 4 audit firm or a global consulting practice.
• Qatari national.
