Cluster Learning & Development Manager

About the role

The Cluster Learning & Development Manager drives the company’s values and philosophy by linking training initiatives to the organization’s mission and vision. Reporting to property leadership, the role ensures employees receive the right development programs to achieve business results.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and assess employee and organizational development needs across the cluster.
• Design, develop, and deliver custom and corporate training programs covering product knowledge, company philosophy, customer service, and leadership.
• Promote training programs, monitor enrollment, attendance, and participation.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, performance data, guest satisfaction scores, and ROI analysis.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to close performance gaps and ensure transfer of learning to daily operations.
• Prepare training budgets and align all activities with the organization’s strategic objectives.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Business Administration or related field, plus 2 years relevant experience, **or** a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with no experience required.
• Certified trainer qualification.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and ability to measure training impact.
