About the role
Madre Integrated Engineering is hiring a full-time Compliance Officer in Doha within its technology sector. The role covers standards implementation, policy development, audit management, risk assessment, reporting and stakeholder coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Implement and maintain compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR and other frameworks
- Draft, update and enforce security policies and procedures
- Conduct internal audits and support external audits and certification processes
- Perform compliance gap analysis and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities
- Prepare compliance reports, audit findings and corrective action plans
- Run security awareness sessions and liaise with regulators, auditors and internal teams
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in compliance, governance and IT security
- Proven track record implementing compliance frameworks and managing audits
- CISA, CISM and ISO 27001 Lead Implementer / Auditor certifications
